Refund policy
Return Process:
- Notification: Contact our Customer Support Team at info@rope-access.ca to initiate a return. Include your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the item's defect.
- Return Authorization: Upon review, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide detailed instructions for returning your defective item.
- Shipping: Package the defective item securely and include any accompanying accessories or documents. Mark the RA# clearly on the outside of the package. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of defective items.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item to verify the defect.
- Resolution: If the defect is confirmed, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
Additional Information:
- We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria upon inspection.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.
